KEYS AND BADGE
Upon your arrival you will be given four keys and a badge.
The keys will be used for all the doors (building door, landing door, front door and bedroom), the badge, however, will be used for the use of lights and sockets inside the room. It is strictly forbidden to leave the badge inserted when you are not in the room.
We recommend that you take special care of keys and badges; the loss of one or more keys or the badge will result in an immediate charge of € 300.00.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast will take place in the nearby partner bar. It will be essential to deliver the appropriate ticket to the bar to be entitled to the typical Italian breakfast (cappuccino, pasta and water or other of the same amount). Any extras are the responsibility of the kind Guests.
CLEANING
The cleaning of the rooms and services is carried out every three days and includes the change of towels (put the towels you want to change in the sink; those hung will not be washed). Bed linen is replaced once a week.
We recommend a correct and civil use of the toilets, avoiding throwing anything in the toilet, remembering that there are special baskets.
